Disadvantages of Debt Management Plan
The Debt Management Plan or DMP is an informal agreement; creditors may give their opinions during the plan and ask you to pay more for more action against you. You can also continue to interest and fees on the amount you’re guilty, even if they are not generally agree that taxes at least for a short period. Some creditors may also decide not to support the plan, and can expect that the treatment of their debts outside of DMP. Furthermore, since it is an informal agreement, you will be asked again to pay the full amount due eventually. This may, depending on the amount of your debt and the amount of your monthly payments, take considerable time.
