Jet lag is a common sleep disorder that affects almost all individuals on long-haul flights. Travel in a different time zone imbalance in the natural rhythm of the body. The symptoms of jet lag include dehydration, headache, and stiffness of the back, the muscles and the limited loss of appetite. Sometimes the consequences are more serious and can spoil a few days before your trip.
