Residential Management
An important key for each residential management is quality of service and maintenance. It takes a high level of service to tenants, teamwork among all, quick answers to meet customer needs and they have to anticipate potential problems in advance. The director establishes a good rapport with the tenant and the building owner, on the basis of mutual respect and courtesy. They communicate clearly and openly with all parties concerned in order to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts. A good manager focuses on the needs of each owner. Each property is unique in a number of challenges, which are collected in a timely and responsible manner. The quality of the building and its value depends on high quality management to improve the quality of life standards for the stay. The director acts as a go between for tenants and landlords. Residential management is the managing and maintenance of property used solely to house residents. These are the daily tasks of collecting rents, repairs command and surveillance, listening and responding to complaints from tenants and cleaning of the facility and many other tasks.
